At Least 370 Texas CPS Workers Have Criminal Histeries

  1. CPS makes a huge "issue" when parents have a single conviction. But when we started looking, We found the criminal history of a CASA Supervisor extends over the six previous years as a CPS worker and resident of TDCJ.

This woman has destroyed the children and parents as she wrecked havoc in the courtroom. The family is financially poor and the children have a history (from infancy) of mental and physical health disabilities (lead poisoning in the home state).

Meanwhile, the Mouth in Court, is a CASA Supervisor, convicted twice per year for several years. The records reflect that SIX years of criminal convictions ended when the CPS worker became the CASA Supervisor in San Antonio.

The Character, and lack of, is important. I'm not certain who cares enough to validate the information and file a more official complaint about this crazy woman.

The children are in worse care than ever alleged in their own home! Rape is not reported to the police or CPS, and So What?

An ignorant and misinformed allegation of parental "neglect of supervision"

In foster care, one child is locked in Juvie Jail, one has not spoken to a family member since May 2009, none of the boys have spoken to one another. All are medicated, angry, and want to go home.

The parents have parental rights. The court provided an attorney to sit by an empty chair to represent an absent father for years. Why not use that money to help this family?

The boys, now 13, 15, and 16, beg us to help them and we need help to help them. The boys were 7, 9, and 11 when we met them. The boys are not allowed to attend court hearings. Texas has violated the Federal guidelines of the Adoptions Safe Families Act.
Violated every Right, Afforded by TX Admin Code (TAC) 40, §748.1101

They are giving up hope and becoming institutionalized. We need help to help these boys in San Antonio Texas.

I have ideas and would appreciate any suggestions.

The state has stolen their childhood and we cannot stand by silently while the boys are forced to grow up in large group home, orphanage style, foster care.

Workers with early maladaptive schemas, perpetrate abuse without awareness or concern.
